Regarding Tuition Fees and Letters of Acceptance for International Students Admitted to Our University for the 2026-2027 Academic Year
Dear Prospective Students,
Valid only for the first placement between May 11 and May 26, 2026. For applications made after June 15, 2026, for the second placement and remaining vacancies, accepted candidates are exempt from tuition fee payment for receiving their acceptance letter. However, candidates who do not register by the specified registration dates will be considered to have forfeited their right to register and cannot claim any rights.
Candidates who have been granted admission to Çankırı Karatekin University through the international student admission quota (First Placement) are required to complete their tuition fee payment to access their official Letter of Acceptance. Please be advised that failure to pay the tuition fee by the specified deadline will result in the forfeiture of your right to enroll.
Payment Procedure
All payments must be processed via the Uluslararası Öğrenci Ödeme Portalı - ÇAKÜ Portal by following these steps:
- Access: Log in to the https://cakuportal.karatekin.edu.tr/uluslararasi-ogrenciler/borc using your full name, email address, and passport/identification number.
- Verification: Complete the authentication process using the verification code sent to your registered email address.
- Payment: Review your outstanding balance and complete the transaction using a credit card.
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a digital receipt verified with a QR code will be sent to your email address.

The fees currently reflected in the portal are based on the minimum tuition rates established for the 2025-2026 academic year. Tuition fees for international students are determined by the University Administrative Board following the relevant Presidential Decree.
Tuition fees for the 2026-2027 academic year will be updated if necessary following the publication of the official decree. Should there be an increase in the current tuition rates, any remaining balance will be reflected in your account prior to the course registration period.
