Registration Date: These are the dates written in the LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE after the announcement of the placement results. Candidates who do not register within the specified date range are deemed to have given up their right to register and cannot claim any rights.

B - APPLICATION

During the applications, candidates will be asked to declare the results for Türkiye International Student Admission Exam (TR- YÖS) by ÖSYM or the Foreign Nationals Admission Exam organized by other Higher Education Institutions in Türkiye or the document showing the CGPA for their secondary education.

The application will be based on the information declared by the applicants. In case of false statements, the applicant’s exam will be null and void even if they are placed and complete their registration; furthermore, CAKU will pursue legal action.

C - APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1. Applications will be made at https://yosapp.karatekin.edu.tr/students/signup  internet address. You must have a valid e-mail address to apply.

2a. The e-mail address and identity credentials must be entered into the application form (without making any changes to the credentials on the candidate`s passport and without abbreviations).

2b. A verification link will be sent to the candidate`s e-mail address and a password will be sent to the candidate`s e-mail following the verification. The application must be completed by logging into the system with the password sent and following the steps specified below.

3. Application type;

3a. Result of Türkiye International Student Admission Exam (TR- YÖS) by ÖSYM or the Foreign Student Admission Exam organized by other universities in Türkiye must be uploaded and the exam result must be written.

3b. If the application type is Secondary School Grade Point Average, the original grade status document (Transcript) and the Turkish Translation approved by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country (the graduation grade point average will be written in the translation) should be uploaded as a single file and the Grade Point Average (that was calculated over 100) should be entered into the system.

4. The department/program to be studied should be selected. (Candidates will be able to make up to 20 (twenty) choices.)

5. The application will be finalized upon the approval of our University.

The candidates are solely responsible for the outcomes arising from inaccuracies in the information entered/uploaded into application form.

Ç – PLACEMENT

1. Placements will be conducted by Foreign National Student Admission and Placement Commission on the basis of the applicants’ score, preferences and department quotas. Priority will be given to applications with Türkiye International Student Admission Exam (TR- YÖS) by ÖSYM.

2. CAKU has the final say as to the decision of filling all the quotas or not.

3. The candidates applying to a department requiring Special Talent Exam, the candidate should also take the Special Talent Exam.

D-FINAL REGISTRATION

        Final registrations will be realized at Cankiri Karatekin University Registrar’s Office, Uluyazi Campus CANKIRI during the dates written in the LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE after the announcement of the placement results.

E - DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION.

1.  Photocopy of the ID or the passport page bearing personal information certified by the Turkish Consulates or the Embassies in their country,

2.  The Original of “the Certificate of Equivalency” proving its equivalence to the Diplomas granted by Turkish High Schools,

3.  Four (4) photographs 4,5 cm x 6 cm in size taken within the last 6 months,

4.  If the application type is “International Student Admission Exam Result” organized by any of the Higher Education Institutions in Türkiye, the International Student Admission Exam Score,

5.  The Original of High School Diploma or the Turkish Translation of the High School Diploma certified by the Turkish Consulate or the Embassy in their country,

6.  Original of the Grade Point Average document (Transcript) and the Turkish translation approved by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country,

7.  A document proving the applicant’s financial means to continue his/her study and the contact information for the institutions and people issuing the document.

8. A Report of Health Clearance for Tuberculosis, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV.

F – FEES OF THE PROGRAMS

2023 - 2024 fees of the students to be studying within the scope of international admission will be published on our WEB page.
