Face-to-Face Application

 

In each placement period, candidates who are entitled to enroll must pay their tuition fees by the specified dates to receive an acceptance letter and complete their final registration within the designated time frame. Candidates who fail to pay the tuition fee or do not register within the specified dates are considered to have waived their right to enroll and cannot claim any further rights.

 

B- APPLICATION

Application procedures shall be carried out via the webpage https://ubys.karatekin.edu.tr/ by following the steps MENU, APPLICATION PROCEDURES (BAŞVURU İŞLEMLERİ), and International Student Application (Uluslararası Öğrenci Başvurusu), respectively. You can also access the application page directly by clicking this link.

For the application, candidates are required to submit either the TR-YÖS (Turkey Examination for Foreign Students) result document issued by ÖSYM or a document showing their Secondary Education Grade Point Average (GPA).

Candidates bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccuracies in the information entered/uploaded to the Application Form or in their preferences.

 

C – PLACEMENT

Placement procedures will be conducted by the International Student Admission and Placement Commission in accordance with the "Principles Regarding the Admission of Students from Abroad" determined by YÖK (Council of Higher Education), taking into account the candidates` scores, preferences, and program quotas. Priority will be given to applications submitted with the TR-YÖS (Turkey Examination for Foreign Students) result issued by ÖSYM.

The University is free to decide whether or not to fill its quotas.

Candidates wishing to enroll in programs that admit students via a special talent examination must also take the specific talent exam administered by the relevant academic unit.

 

D - FINAL REGISTRATION

Final registration of candidates shall be carried out after verifying whether they possess the legal right to enter and reside in the country. Registration will not be processed for candidates who fail to meet this requirement, even if an acceptance letter has been issued.

Final registrations will take place between the dates specified in the ACCEPTANCE letter following the announcement of placement results, at the following address: Çankırı Karatekin University, Department of Student Affairs, Uluyazı Campus, ÇANKIRI.

 

E- DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION

1.Photocopy of the ID or the passport page bearing personal information certified by the Turkish Consulates or the Embassies in their country.

2.The Original of “the Certificate of Equivalency” proving its equivalence to the Diplomas granted by Turkish High Schools,

3.Four (4) photographs 4,5 cm x 6 cm in size taken within the last 6 months,

4.If the application type is “International Student Admission Exam Result” organized by any of the Higher Education Institutions in Türkiye, the International Student Admission Exam Score,

5.The Original of High School Diploma or the Turkish Translation of the High School Diploma certified by the Turkish Consulate or the Embassy in their country,

6.Original of the Grade Point Average document (Transcript) and the Turkish translation approved by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country,

7.A document proving the applicant’s financial means to continue his/her study and the contact information for the institutions and people issuing the document.

8.A Report of Health Clearance for Tuberculosis, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV.

 

F – PROGRAM FEES

Tuition fees for students who will study under the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year International Student Admission process will be published on our web page.
